Annoying Boys

Hey all! I got a great story to share with you! Soooooo.... The other day I was in math class and some how the dicussion of wether dance was a sport or not.  My teacher said that it really depends what your definition of a sport is, but that's not the worse thing! Then a boy in my class was like,
"Dance isn't a sport! You don't even use any muscles! It's so EASY!" Now keep in mind, there is 7 kids in my class that participate in some kind of dance, so this caused an uproar. Because of the uproar, he tried to defend his self by saying,
"Well, it really depends what kind of dance you are doing!"
At this time, I told him that he needs to come to my ballet class, and them say that again. So, yah.
That's all for now!

Sorry for the delay...

Sorry I have not been posting as much as I should.... I've been so busy with school and rehearsals.
So how many of you hate turns? I sure do! Evertime we do turns in class, I either do bad or do bad.  When my teacher is looking I do even worse than bad (I don't even know how that is possible!).  And let's just say,for the record, we are not doing some kind of fancy turns, it is singles, doubles, and triples (mostly singles though).
Though all this bad turning, I always have one good turn day. Not that my teacher notice because I good bad when he looks. But the other day I was standing there, spotting my friend, and I did prefect turns. I did like 10. And I was FREALING OUT! Let's just say, it was a good day.
What kind of turner are you? Left, right, both, neither?
How many turns can you do?

Nutcracker

Tis' the season for Nutcracker! Not performance, but rehearsals! (If you read the last two sentences in the tune of Tis' the Season, it is pretty cool if I do say so myself) So, how many of you out there are ready for Nutcracker? I sure am. At the studio I go to, we had auditions 6 weeks ago, but the cast list did not come out till 2 weeks later, which was a killer. But, as soon as the cast list came out we started rehearsals. Which means, for the last 3 weeks I've been at the dance studio every Saturday at 8 in the morning and stayed there till 5 in the evening (with lots of breaks of course).

So... My parts in Nutcracker are... (Drum Roll Please)...
Party Scene Girl
Snow Flake
Candy Cane
Marzipan
I'm so happy that it's Nutcracker season again! And I would love to hear what parts you have! So please let me know in the comment! (If you feel like it, no pressure) .

P.S. We had to do some poetry at school, so I wrote a piece on waiting for the cast list to come out, so I decided to include it below:

Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
We thought a week would be enough.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
But when we got there it wasn't up.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
So, we went in early to pick his brain.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
We thought if  we waited one more minute, we would go insane.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
But the only place it lives is inside "the brain."
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
So we just danced to keep us sane.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
We felt like we could making him say.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
To make this pain go away.
Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.
